STORY
Nicole and Mark's wedding made our hearts swell. Tucked right in the bustle of the San Francisco bay was a minimal white space beautifully dressed with French-pane windows, stunningly serene as sunlight poured through the walls. The peace was perfectly juxtaposed by the buzz of joy from family and friends. There was an element of design from every angle — pamphlets, floral design, bridesmaids’ earrings — and it was so reflective of who Mark and Nicole were as cultivators. Those unique elements left a deep impression on us.
Beyond what the eyes could see, we felt so connected to their story. We knew that we were taking part in the culmination of years of prayers and investment. It was the sweet, sweet labor of love that came with the backing of a rich community. And their faith anchored them to the altar. Tears flowed everywhere. Hands lifted on all sides as prayers engulfed their union. And from beginning to end, in the midst, and even very well after, we couldn't stop talking about that day. What an honour to capture it. We hope that the intentionality that was sewn into the details of the wedding is felt in our photos. Nicole + Mark, thank you for giving us this opportunity.
